Standard Room Reservations

Cancellation Timeline and Refunds

For standard room reservations, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
• Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to arrival: No refund.

All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) or through our online reservation system. The cancellation date will be determined by the date we receive your cancellation notice.

Modifications

Modifications to standard room reservations are subject to availability and the following conditions:

• Modifications made 7 or more days prior to arrival: No fee, subject to availability.
• Modifications made 3-6 days prior to arrival: May be subject to a change fee of $50, plus any difference in room rate.
• Modifications made 2 days or less prior to arrival: Subject to a change fee of $100, plus any difference in room rate.

Date changes are considered a cancellation and new reservation if the arrival date is changed to a date more than 30 days from the original arrival date.

No-Shows

If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a "no-show." No-shows are charged the full amount for the first night of the reservation, and the remainder of the reservation is cancelled.

Suite Reservations

Due to the limited availability of our luxury suites, a more restrictive cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
• Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival: No refund.

Modifications to suite reservations follow the same timeline and are subject to availability and potential rate differences.

Package Reservations

Package reservations include special offers, promotional rates, and any reservation that combines accommodation with additional services such as dining, spa treatments, or casino credits.

• Cancellations made 21 or more days prior to arrival: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
• Cancellations made 14-20 days prior to arrival: 75% refund of the total package price.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total package price.
• Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival: No refund.

Some packages may have specific non-refundable components, which will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

Group Reservations

Group reservations (5 or more rooms) are subject to a separate contract with specific terms and conditions, including cancellation policies. These terms will be provided and agreed upon at the time of booking.

In general, group reservations have the following cancellation penalties:

• Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival: Full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total group booking value is forfeited.
• Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival: No refund; 100% of the total group booking value is forfeited.

Refund Process and Timeline

When a refund is approved according to our cancellation policy, the following process applies:

• Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for the reservation.
• Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 7-10 business days, depending on your credit card issuer.
• Bank transfers or other payment methods may require longer processing times.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Early Departure

Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee equal to one night's room rate unless the early departure is due to circumstances beyond the guest's control (e.g., medical emergency).

Early notification of any change in departure date may reduce or waive this fee at the discretion of management.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control) affecting your ability to travel to our property or our ability to provide the reserved accommodations, we will work with you to reschedule your stay without penalty.

If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation timeline.

Proper documentation may be required to support force majeure claims.

Special Circumstances

We understand that life is unpredictable, and special circumstances may arise. In cases of:

• Medical emergencies
• Death in the family
• Severe weather conditions affecting travel
• Flight cancellations or significant delays

We may, at our discretion and with proper documentation, waive or reduce cancellation fees. Please contact our reservations team as soon as possible in these situations.
