Cancellation and Modification Policies

Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to cancellation fees equivalent to one night's stay.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged for the first night of their reservation and may have the remainder of their reservation cancelled.

Modification Policy

Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Modifications requested within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date may be treated as a cancellation and new reservation, subject to our cancellation policy.

Special Events and Package Cancellations

Special events and packages may have different cancellation policies, which will be specified at the time of booking.

Guest Conduct and House Rules

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests, staff, and property. Fednqora reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior or violating our house rules.

Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking Policy

Fednqora maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all guest rooms and indoor public areas, except for designated smoking areas within the casino. Violations may result in a cleaning fee.

Pet Policy

With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in any area of Fednqora Casino Hotel.

Damage to Property
